POSITION SUMMARY The Guest Relations Senior Team Lead – Corporate Fitness is a dynamic leader with the ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our members and corporate partner. The Guest Relations Senior Team Lead prioritizes the needs, expectations, and requests of Under Armour, ensuring timely, effective, and solutions-driven responses that support an exceptional on-site experience. Utilizing exceptional communication skills and their ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of Guest Relations Teammates and Group Fitness Instructors, the Guest Relations Senior Team Lead – Corporate Fitness will mentor and provide guidance to achieve engagement and revenue goals. This leader showcases strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, corporate environment. With the ability to effectively adapt to and implement prompt change at the request of our corporate client. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Outlined below are the essential responsibilities of the Guest Relations Senior Team Lead. Accountability – Coach in the moment with your teammates and take responsibility for your own actions. View the corporate fitness facility as your own. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily operations of the fitness facility, ensuring a high-energy, welcoming, engaging and safe environment for all corporate members. Collaborate with senior management to develop engagement plans tailored to the needs of our corporate partner. Manage the hiring, scheduling, training, and performance of all teammates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceeding expectations. Manage the hiring, scheduling and performance of all Group Instructors, ensuring classes are scheduled accurately, all members are checked-in, and our group fitness classrooms are clean and stage-ready. Maintain expert knowledge of all CRM software systems, ensuring accuracy with membership sales, POS transactions, and any other member or guest inquiries. Manage the full sales-cycle in our lead generation system, ensuring prompt replies to prospects and upholding facility and teammate performance goals. Attend corporate engagement events, representing TEAM FX through appropriate, professional attire, engagement tools, and marketing collateral. Assist in monitoring facility maintenance and equipment upkeep, communicating any concerns effectively and promptly to management. Analyze corporate partner and member feedback to constantly evolve. Attend regularly scheduled meetings with management and/or our corporate partners, as needed or directed. Requirements Client & Partner Excellence Proven ability to deliver a premium, brand-aligned experience while prioritizing the needs, expectations, and directives of corporate clients. Leadership & Team Development Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced fitness, hospitality, or corporate environment. Operational & Service Management Strong operational acumen with the ability to oversee daily facility operations, guest relations, and service recovery while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and professionalism. Adaptability & Problem Solving Highly adaptable leader who thrives in evolving environments and can respond quickly, calmly, and effectively to changing priorities, requests, and challenges. Communication & Collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent TEAM FX with confidence and integrity. Enthusiasm, high energy, team orientation, strong sense of urgency, and a ‘get it done’ approach are all necessary for success in our environment. Entrepreneurial attitude a plus.
