Your future contribution As HomeToGo’s Guest Relations Specialist, you will be the human connection to our product and deliver effective solutions that satisfy travelers around the world. Your customer-centric mindset will help you deliver first-class customer service to our travelers and work on projects that aim at improving guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international team that drives the voices of our guests forward. How you’ll add value The focus of the role is to provide an outstanding experience for our guests across multiple platforms including Email, WhatsApp, and Chat During the first month, you will: Get to know our company, our team and our product thoroughly Learn about the foundation and tools needed to shine and excel in your role Within the first 60 days you will support the Guest Relations team by suggesting new ideas and leveraging AI tools to drive smarter, more efficient ways of working. After 6 months in your role, you will take on more responsibility by identifying and leading process improvements, using AI to optimize workflows and enhance the customer experience. At all times, you will aim to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner You’ll be successful in this role if you Have a true passion to provide amazing guest experiences Have strong writing and speaking skills in English.
