Our Guest Relations Coordinator/ receptionist is vital to upholding dignity in life for everyone who walks through the doors at Sumner Place by being a hospitable presence and anticipating guests' needs.   This is a full-time position. The hours are every Monday -- Friday 8:30 am -- 4:30 pm.   Daily tasks include: * Greeting and welcoming visitors to Sumner Place * Answering and transferring phone calls * Completing/updating projects as needed using a variety of computer programs * Anticipating people's needs to provide an exceptional hospitable experience   Qualified candidates will be proficient in Microsoft programs and Canva and able to operate a telephone switchboard, copier, fax, and other office equipment. They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude, and have passion for hospitality and serving older adults.
