Description
You have completed training in the hotel industry and have experience in front office management or a comparable position.
You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and think entrepreneurially with a focus on sales and efficiency.
You speak German and English fluently, both spoken and written.
You possess a strong guest orientation, communication skills, a natural hosting attitude, and a willingness to actively approach guests.
You impress with your sense of responsibility, reliability, well-groomed appearance, and the ability to resolve issues pragmatically and in a service-oriented manner.
You are familiar with common hotel software (ideally MEWS), are open to digital processes and new technologies, and are flexible in shift work, including weekends and holidays.
