We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and creative Guest Relations Trainee! Do you enjoy working with people, are you passionate about the hospitality industry and do you always take the extra mile for our guests? Then we are looking for you!
During your internship you will learn how to deal with guest request according to the Brand Standards of Marriott International. Handling of guest complaints and requests and to follow-up on this will be a daily task. You will learn how to register the Marriott Rewards Member to create loyalty with our guest and how to recognize and prepare the stay for these loyal guests.
WHO ARE YOU?
For our Guest Relations Trainee position we are looking for a person who enjoys working with people and who has excellent “hospitality skills”. Your main tasks will be handling the check in- and out of our guests, handling guest complaints and compliments, cash handling & handling other requests from our guests. Also you will handle VIP arrivals, special requests and treatments for guests.
