About the role The Guest Relations trainee will be assisting the Guest Relations Team in the daily operations, organizing VIP stays and following up on their needs and requests. You will be offering concierge services, greeting guests, coordinating welcome cards and amenities, maintaining VIP profiles updated, doing guest roomings, show the hotel’s facilities and many more duties to exceed guest expectations. You will learn how to anticipate guest needs by becoming an expert in the hotel and Ibiza’s surroundings.
