OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service in line with our hotel’s reputation for excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and products.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Perform industrial cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas.
  • Execute housekeeping management duties, ensuring that all areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces as needed.
  • Provide custodial support by restocking supplies and ensuring that cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition.
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or requests related to their stay, demonstrating excellent hospitality skills.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
