Soon to open on the serene mangrove waterfront, LXR Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi will redefine luxury hospitality in the UAE capital. As part of Hilton’s LXR collection, this property offers a rare opportunity to join a pre-opening team and help establish a culture of engineering excellence and exceptional guest service from the very beginning.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance in guest rooms, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Responding to guest service calls and resolving issues quickly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Inspecting guest rooms regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinating with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to minimize disruption during maintenance activities.
• Recording and updating maintenance work orders and ensuring compliance with Hilton engineering standards.
• Supporting the Engineering leadership team in ensuring all health, safety, and fire & life safety procedures are followed

A Guest Room Technician serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a technical or maintenance role, preferably in hospitality.
• Working knowledge of basic repair and maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts and respond to guest needs promptly.
• A positive, service-oriented attitude and ability to work well in a multicultural team
