The Brightwood is a physician-led boutique facial aesthetic practice, where the art of aesthetics meets the art of hospitality. The Brightwood provides a curated menu of services that specialize on the face and neck and include injectables, biostimulator, and medical skincare treatments, hand-selected from the best products and technology on the market. Our services are delivered by our team of top aesthetic practitioners all trained by and under the direct supervision of our Medical Director.
As Guest Experience + Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility is ensuring a seamless experience for patients through operational tasks, customer service obligations with a sales focus. You have sales experience with a revenue goal or quota. You are expected to learn our company’s talk tracks and menu of services and care for our guests through a high-touch educational approach. Your focus is booking, retention, upselling, and cross-selling services and products, outreach, and tracking opportunities. You consistently deliver a superior guest experience to match The Brightwood standard. You will routinely go above and beyond to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with guests, making each guest feel invited and welcomed
  • Take each guest through entire appointment process by learning our practice management software.
  • Master talk tracks for services + effectively communicate to guests to book their appointments
  • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction and identify ways to always improve the guest experience.
  • Focus on guest experience, including retention and loyalty outreach cadence.
  • Answer all phone calls and messages, eloquently speaking to The Brightwood, our services, products, and providers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
