Job Description We are currently looking for a passionate and driven individual to take on the role as a casual Guest Service Agent with the flexibility to work across a rotating 7 day per week roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. The responsibilities: Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out procedures Handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests Providing local knowledge and recommendations Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care Supporting other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (hotel front desk experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Previous experience with Opera Cloud advantageous but not essential Valid Australian work rights - this role is not available for sponsorship Additional Information Why work for Accor?
