The successful candidate will: Have the ability to work rotating 7 day roster. Be customer focused. Have great attention to detail. Be reliable and well groomed. Be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria. What you will be doing: Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information. Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction. Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
