Store luggage for the guests in the luggage room. Ensure precise counting of group luggage upon arrival and departure. To ensure the timely and efficient transfer of luggage to and from the guest’s room Plan correct and fast distribution of luggage for groups and crews on the basis of rooming lists provided by front desk. Maintain tidiness of the front of the house and luggage storage room. Is responsible for receiving, distributing, sending and holding mail and messages.
