Job Description Novotel Cathedral Square has an opportunity for a Guest Service Agent with a positive can do attitude and fantastic sense of humour to join our Front Office team! You will perform check ins, check outs, take payments, attend to incoming calls and emails in a professional manner and provide total customer satisfaction while complying with hotel health and security procedures. We are looking for an organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering consistent and high quality customer service. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Experience in a similar role Passion for customer service Experience with Opera cloud system preferred Flexibility to work early or late shifts, weekends and public holidays. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Physically fit for casual porterage of guest luggage Excellent communication skills with a warm and friendly personality Knowledge of Hospitality or qualification in Hospitality preferred.
