We are currently looking for a reliable and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join us.

Key duties include:

  • Process and assist with guest arrivals, departures and room allocations
  • Attend guest queries in a timely manner
  • Address complaints presented by guest in an efficient and positive manner
  • Maintain a high level of health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members

Qualifications

Skills and experience

  • A positive can do & customer focused attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to handle guest complaints
  • Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous experience using FOLS would be advantageous
