Job Description You are the ultimate guests' champion with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of reliability. You're a confident driver, holding an Australian Full driver's licence or probationary licence (P2) and have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria. What you will be doing: Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information. Attend to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction. Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
