What this role involves As a leader of our dynamic team, you'll be the orchestrator of exceptional guest experiences from the warm welcome to the fond farewell. Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office & Food & Beverage team Manage reservations Inbox Manage Chargebacks, Virtual Payments Respond to guest requests via the appropriate channels Supervise and monitor team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire team Ensure all levels of service run smoothly Manage financial outcomes Exceptional guest service experience, preferably working within a hotel front office Competent computer user (experience with Opera PMS CLOUD is ideal!) Availability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings including weekends and public holidays Excellent verbal and written communication skills RSA Maintain stock levels Attend all scheduled meetings when required. Handle customer complaints Additional Information Hotel Morris is a 82 rooms hotel opened in June 2023. We have a small team with 'family' mentality where we help each other. You MUST be able to work flexible roster and weekends.
