Job Description As a Guest Service Agent you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer focused service. Your objective is to deliver a positive and memorable experiences to all our guests. You should display an approachable and professional demeanour, with a blend of excellent communication to all guest interaction. Qualifications Previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel. 3+ years of experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Computer literate and previous experiences with Opera. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
