Full job description

The role holder will contribute to the performance of the hotel by providing efficient and timely check-in/out for hotel guests, handling internal and external phone calls, assist with Concierge inquiries, promote hotel facilities and attend to guest requests efficiently and effectively. The role will always not only meet but exceed guests’ expectations during every interaction and maintain a high standard of quality guest service. Co-ordinate and ensure good communication is maintained throughout the hotel and create the right environment which our team members are Responsive, Respectful, Deliver Great Guest Experience & build Customer Service culture.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
