Silky Oaks is seeking positive and energetic locals to assist our front office team as a Guest Services Agent, providing a valued point of contact between guests and operations.
This multi-faceted Part-time role will see you meeting and greeting our discerning guests, processing arrivals and departures, maintaining room accounts, assisting with guest enquiries, working on various administration tasks and generally being a pivotal point of contact for all guests.
