We are seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent who wants more than just a job. Everything we do, we do to help our guests and our people feel welcome and valued to give them the best experience possible.

Job Description

  • Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
  • Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional.
  • Logging all guest requests to ensure all request are met within established timeframes
  • Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled
  • Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions
  • Securely storing and delivering guest luggage
  • Keep other members of front office team informed on guest feedback, requirements etc. during and on shift change
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities to increase the guest experience

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment
  • An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude individual
  • Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including ability to build rapport both in person and over the telephone
  • Self-motivated with positive and professional attitude
  • Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays periods
