    The Constance is Brisbane’s only street art Hotel. With 65 guest rooms, it offers unique and luxurious boutique experience for our guests. We are looking for a customer service star to join our Front Office team and support our guests throughout their stay.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for someone who has;

  • a desire to genuinely help people
  • Front Office/reservation experience preferred but not essential, we are employing on attitude not just experience
  • the drive to deliver exceptional guest service and get a kick out of helping, problem-solving and being accountable for your workload
  • An acute eye for detail and exceptional interactive social skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a varied, fast paced environment, by taking initiative and working collaboratively
  • Commitment with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays
  • A positive mindset and a can do attitude

Responsibilities

Our Guest Service Agents are responsible for.

  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences at every part of the journey including reservations, arrivals, departures and throughout their stay
  • Be an ambassador for the hotel, positively representing and promoting our boutique brand
  • Ensure a smooth check in and out process for our guests utilising the Hotel’s PMS system
  • Answer and process reservation enquiries, make recommendations and upsell rooms according to availability
  • Coordinate with other departments
  • Answer and dispatch both incoming external and internal calls
  • Maintain sufficient knowledge of all room rates and available packages
  • Follow up on all guest requests and complaints
  • Be a key part of the guest experience, interacting wherever and whenever possible
