As the face of our resort, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service from check-in to check-out, embodying the warmth and hospitality that defines our brand. Provide a warm, personalized welcome to all guests upon arrival Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Offer comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions in Seychelles Act as a liaison between guests and various departments to ensure seamless service delivery Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy Process payments and manage reservations using hotel management software Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Update guest profiles and logs for future reference and service personalization Collaborate effectively with other departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs Escort VIP guests when necessary and ensure all preferences are noted and met Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide concierge-level assistance Qualifications NC3 in Front Office or relevant qualification in Hospitality or Customer Service Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Guest Services Agent or in a similar guest-facing role Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written Knowledge of Mandarin Chinse language is an advantage Proficiency in hotel management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and proactive attitude Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Knowledge of Seychelles attractions and culture is a plus Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Division: Rooms Division
