The Guest Service Agent (Food & Beverage)

Our food and beverage team are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.

• Our Guest Service Agents are keen as mustard where service is concerned!
• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the food and beverage department

Qualities We Are Looking For In Our Guest Service Agent (Food & Beverage)

• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience as a Mixologist is beneficial
