This is a Part -Time position. $17.75 per hour. Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University. Responsibilities Operate the retail center, managing inventory and ensuring sharp presentation of merchandise. Provide general information to guests relative to meetings and meeting services. These services include but are not limited to copying, printing, faxing, and other business center services. Monitor and offer assistance through email, chat and phone. Qualifications Previous guest services/business center experience preferred. 1 year of administrative experience preferred. Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred. Previous guest or customer service experience required. Familiarity with basic office equipment, including printers and copy machines Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and Excel experience desirable. Must be able to be certified as a Texas Notary within 90 days of hire.
