Responsibilities

You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories.
We have a casual position available, with shifts rostered between the opening hours of, 8am - 7pm. Some weekend and public holiday availability will be required.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
  • Answer phone and email enquires promptly and professionally
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met
