Front Desk Operations: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage room assignments, process payments, and maintain accurate records. Guest Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving basic complaints, and offering recommendations for local attractions and services. Reservation Handling: Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications using the hotels reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Grab & GO Station: Responsible for inventory and replenishment items of Grab & GO and daily Sales report (F&B) on their property. Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled promptly. Cash and Report Handling: Perform daily cash handling, billing, and end-of-shift reports according to hotel procedures.
