Guest Service Agent & Group Reservations | The Star Brisbane As a Guest Service Agent & Group Reservations Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing group accommodation bookings while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. This hybrid role has a primary focus on Group Reservations, coordinating bookings, liaising with clients and internal teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for group guests from enquiry through to arrival. In addition to Groups business, you will also support the Front Office operation by undertaking Guest Service Agent shifts, delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. This flexible role requires the ability to manage competing priorities while developing your skills across both Reservations and Front Office and contributing to the overall success of the hotel operation. You will work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure both group and individual guests receive a consistently high standard of service. Responsibilities

Manage group accommodation bookings from enquiry to arrival while coordinating with internal teams and clients. Additionally, support the Front Office by performing Guest Service Agent duties including check-in and check-out processes.
