Deliver a seamless guest experience by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism and care.

  • Assist guests with local information, tour bookings, and special requests, ensuring their stay is personalized and hassle-free.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, uphold security procedures, and proactively promote hotel services and promotions

Successful 6–12 months of front office or customer service experience, ideally in a hotel or lodge setting.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and Opera PMS knowledge are highly regarded, especially in remote or Indigenous community settings
