Arise Hotels & Apartments is looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent Supervisor. As we continue to expand, providing modern and contemporary self-contained apartments across Australia we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Guest Service Agent Supervisor to join our enthusiastic property group. Reporting to the Front Office Manager this position offers the support and training to help you further your experience.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• RMS 9 + PMS knowledge
• Previous strata managed front desk experience
• Previous Concierge experience
• Ability to speak a second language helpful but not essential
