Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage ticket sales efficiently, ensuring accurate processing and adherence to company policies to maximize revenue.
• Provide exemplary customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, creating a positive experience for all clients.
• Coordinate with event organizers to ensure all ticketing information is up-to-date and accurately reflected on sales platforms.
• Assist customers with seating arrangements and special requests, ensuring their preferences are met to enhance satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing, customer service, or a related field, showcasing a strong sales background.
• Prior experience in the events or entertainment industry is highly desirable, providing a contextual understanding of ticketing demands.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or Mandarin is advantageous.
