  • Familiarity with hotel best practices and standard procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with hotel software systems (PMS).
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and active listening abilities.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service experiences throughout the guest’s stay.
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Monitor daily bookings and prepare assigned rooms before check-in.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures, including handling reservations and processing financial transactions.
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel by promoting its services, amenities, and programs.
  • Address and resolve guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to Hyatt standards and operational procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management to resolve concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Inform guests about available hotel services and amenities.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams to create a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage daily duties, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Analyze guest feedback from reviews and suggest improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, shopping, and sightseeing.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with regular guests.
