We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly guest‑centric Guest Services Agent to join our Front Office team. This role is essential in ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is personable, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality. Job Description Provide exceptional guest service, including warm welcomes, seamless check-ins/outs, and addressing inquiries and requests professionally. Manage guest accounts, billing, and payments accurately using Opera Cloud or similar front office systems. Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest expectations are met, including VIP services, transfers, and activity bookings. Maintain accurate guest profiles and relay preferences promptly to relevant teams. Uphold LQA-aligned service standards, grooming requirements, and brand etiquette. Handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary. Support daily administrative tasks, reports, and handovers while maintaining a tidy front office environment. Qualifications Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or hospitality customer‑facing roles preferred. Relevant Diploma or Certificate. Full Grade 12 Certificate. Knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar PMS systems is an advantage. Strong communication skills and a naturally guest‑focused, service‑driven attitude. Excellent grooming, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
