Job Description We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out in our vibrant, multicultural environment. Provide a warm welcome and process efficient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate completion of all necessary paperwork Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone, while handling concerns with empathy Assist with room reservations, upgrades, and special arrangements, coordinating with other departments as needed Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local Dubai attractions to provide informed assistance to guests Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately while promoting and upselling hotel services when appropriate Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining guest records Qualifications Opera experience Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of local attractions and cultural sensitivity to interact with diverse guests Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
