Job Description We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Female Guest Service Agent to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable from check-in to check-out. Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, either in person or over the phone Assist guests with room reservations, upgrades, and special arrangements Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining guest records Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting when necessary
