Job Description

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a friendly, professional team player who thrives in a guest-facing environment and enjoys creating memorable service moments. You’ll bring a can-do attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

  • Previous experience in hotel front office or a customer-facing hospitality role
  • A guest-first mindset with great attention to detail and service delivery
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
  • A background with Accor and knowledge of its service culture and standards is considered an advantage.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the first smile our guests see and the last goodbye they remember. You’ll help create a seamless, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out, making every stay feel effortless and personal.

  • Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and care
  • Respond to guest requests and questions with professionalism and local knowledge
  • Promote Accor’s loyalty program and support sign-up targets
  • Identify upselling opportunities to enhance guest experiences
  • Manage phone calls, bookings, and basic porter duties as needed
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operation
