Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a friendly and service-focused Guest Service Agent to join the front office team at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise. In this guest-facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our hotel, creating a warm welcome and delivering seamless check-in, check-out, and guest support experiences. The role will be on Casual basis with a flexible roster and may also include occasional overnight shifts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel & resort facilities and services
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally
  • Providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously
  • Managing reservations and room assignments effectively
  • Utilising the hotel’s property management system to process bookings and updates
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Managing phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the front desk area
