Park Regis North Quay is a 4-star, 40 room hotel located on the Brisbane River, within walking distance to the CBD, Southbank, QPAC and Suncorp Stadium.
We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate Guest Service Agent to join our dedicated team on a casual basis. This position requires a confident, professional and well-organized person to deliver a high level of guest experience to our hotel guests, conference clients and residents alike.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS HOTEL EXPERIENCE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Welcoming guests, guest interaction, handling guest requests.
  • Complete guest check in, check out, input of reservations and complete shift balancing and banking.
  • Experience in RMS is preferred but not essential with full training also provided.
  • Maintaining accurate guest accounts and completing daily reports;
  • Confidently providing our guests with accurate information regarding the hotel, facilities and local area;
  • Maximize revenues through up-selling and loyalty programs.
  • General hotel reception duties.
  • Food and Beverage experience preferred but not essential - additional shifts available in this department if interested.

Responsibilities
  • You will need to have relevant hotel experience and training in a Guest Service or Reception role
  • Strong communication skills and highly developed organisational skills;
  • A passion for guest service and the desire to work in a four star hotel environment;
  • Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends. Reception hours are 630am - 9pm - no late finishes. Availability to work the afternoon shift and weekends highly regarded - shift between 1230pm - 9pm.
  • Monthly onsite caretaker shifts available to cover permanent caretakers RDO’s, receive an overnight allowance and stay onsite in the hotel for the weekend at no cost.
  • Possibility to convert to a permanent role in the future.
  • The ability to think on your feet and solutions focused approach to problem solving;
  • A willingness to learn and grow.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
