We are seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent who wants more than just a job. Join us, and become a Heartist® Job Description Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional Logging all guest requests to ensure all request are met within established timeframes Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions Securely storing and delivering guest luggage Keep other members of front office team informed on guest feedback, requirements etc. during and on shift change Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities to increase the guest experience Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude individual Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including ability to build rapport both in person and over the telephone Self-motivated with positive and professional attitude Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays periods Additional Information In return we will offer you… ALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!
