We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Guest Service Agent to join our team at Sunray Hotels - Courtyard & TownePlace Suites Oshawa. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management systems is a plus.
