JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in operating phone systems and front desk software applications.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest information.
