Quest Ivanhoe, which has been recently refurbished, now has an exciting opportunity available for a Guest Service Agent to join its team on a full-time basis, working on both either a morning or evening shift, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster, based on the needs of the business.
Quest Ivanhoe is a 58 room property located just 10km from Melbourne CBD, comprising of BRAND NEW studio, one and two bedroom apartments.

Involves all aspects of front office reception, including providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations and ensuring full and accurate data capture, assisting corporate and leisure guests (eg check in, explaining hotel facilities and location, check out), and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.
