To use discretion when dealing with guest enquiries, handle problems or complaints in an efficient and professional manner without detriment to the Hotel and /or its reputation
To ensure that check-in and check-outs are handled smoothly as per standard operation procedures
To control all registrations, profiles, room rates, billing and to make sure that no discounts allowances or special rates are given without authorization
To ensure that registration forms are completed properly in accordance with local regulations

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per mont
