Job Description A dedicated and service-oriented Guest Service Agent – Russian Speaking with strong experience in luxury hospitality, committed to delivering exceptional, personalized service to Russian-speaking and VIP guests. Skilled in welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and providing tailored assistance throughout their stay. Proficient in coordinating special requests, arranging transportation and excursions, and offering translation support to ensure clear and effective communication. Experienced in managing VIP arrivals, assisting with room inspections, and maintaining accurate guest profiles. Collaborates effectively with all hotel departments to anticipate guest needs, promote hotel services, and create memorable, seamless, and highly satisfying guest experiences are among the key responsibilities of the role. Additional Information Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage. Experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a 5-star hotel, guest relations, or front office role. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with international guests. Excellent communication skills Experience with Front Office Systems
