Job Description

  • With your experience, create an impact on our guests in this hands-on and detail orientated role
  • Ensure our guests have a great experience and make holiday memories
  • Staff accommodation and meals package available

We’re hiring multiple casual team members to join us for the busy summer season. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us deliver the outstanding service we’re known for. You’ll ideally be able to commit to at least six months, including availability over the festive Christmas and New Year period.

You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories. Your shifts may be rostered between 7am and closing time (approximately midnight). On a daily basis you will:

  • Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
  • Answer phone and email enquires promptly and professionally
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are me
