Paper Plane Tourism LLC is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Handle flight ticket bookings, cancellations, reissues, and date changes.

Process UAE visit visas, tourist visas, and visa change services.

Arrange hotel reservations, holiday packages, and tour packages.

Prepare quotations and provide suitable travel solutions to customers.

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Achieve sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers.

Requirements

Previous experience in a travel agency is preferred.

Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.

Knowledge of UAE visa processing and travel services is preferred.

Good English communication skills are mandatory.

Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office skills.
