NEW ROAD HOTEL IS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A GUEST SERVICE AGENT

The New Road Hotel and Mr White’s English Chophouse is looking for a Guest Service Agent to support our team. New Road Hotel is conveniently located near Whitechapel station in zone 2 on the Elizabeth line with fast connections and ideal for someone living in East London to avoid zone 1 travel.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will ensure all our guests are looked after and have a memorable stay at the New Road Hotel. You will be assisting during our breakfast service, serving coffees during the day. Assisting guests when they check in and out and handle all guest enquiries from room & restaurant reservations, any special requests to local area recommendations. You must be confident in speaking and multitasking.
This position can be offered part time or full time, you must be flexible in regards to shifts which includes weekends.
