Description The TownePlace Suites Fort Myers Estero, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a Guest Service Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our establishment. Responsibilities: - Greet guests and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information and timely processing - Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks as needed What are we looking for?
