  • Front Desk or Reservations experience is considered an asset
  • Strong understanding of interdepartmental dynamics and how the Front Desk contributes
  • Ability to function within a highly cohesive team, in a supportive manner
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, and weekends
  • Ability to offer an outstanding level of customer service, with the ability to promote our services
  • Strong oral/written communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • High energy, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills, including a professional and intuitive nature
  • Strong computer background in Microsoft Office (including all Windows functionalities)
  • Must be detail orientated with the ability to multi-task and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment
    The successful candidate will be responsible for: registering arriving/departing guests, assigning rooms, processing group arrivals/departures, and answering any incoming calls to provide information on hotel facilities and services (internal and external). Additional duties will include: searching for opportunities to go above and beyond guest expectations in an attempt to wow our guests, customizing guest experiences, processing wake-up calls along handling all guest complaints.
