Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests as they enter the hotel
- Checking in & out guests
- Modify and adjust guest bookings accordingly
- Promote the hotel and all it has to offer!
- Make suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the area
- Attending to guest enquiries in person or via phone, email and website
- Supporting the Front Office management team in ensuring a smooth running of hotel operation
