We’re looking for a diligent, warm, and proactive Guest Service Assistant on a 24-hour contract. If you love creating memorable stays, enjoy a dynamic day-to-day, and have an eye for detail, this could be a perfect fit.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & UPSELLING:

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility, a flair for service, and great attention to detail. You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience from start to finish, whether it’s a warm welcome, a seamless check-out, or a helpful tip about the city.
You’ll need to be comfortable working early and late shifts, with flexibility to support weekend rotas.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have previous hotel or reception experience (essential)
Responsibilities

FRONT DESK DUTIES:

  • Maintaining a calm, clean, and welcoming atmosphere throughout public areas
  • Delivering a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure
  • Greeting guests with confidence and warmth, always going the extra mile
  • Handling phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
  • Managing check-ins, check-outs, payments, and reservation amendments
  • Maintaining guest confidentiality and following security procedures
  • Offering tailored local recommendations as a city host
  • Updating bookings and guest profiles in Rezlynx (or other PMS systems)
  • Liaising with housekeeping to ensure timely room readiness
  • Reporting and following up on maintenance issues
